Breakfast - badam and peanuts soaked
2 avocados with lemon
1 methi parotta with tofu dip (indulgence)

lunch
rice (half cup)
beans and potato/cauli
1 cookie (indulgence)
1/2 bagel (indulgence)
half coffee

dinner
adai with onions (2)with kothamalli thogayal (took stalks and some leaves, 4 dried chillies, 2 tablespoons of urad daal, hing), half a mango - dlish
