Daytime

Peanuts and badam
Banana

Veggie Hoagie at Sorrento for lunch

Carrot soup

1 bag baby carrots
2 inch stick of ginger
(cook both in Hawkins)
half a can of tomatoes (Costco)

Puree
sambar podi in oil

Ate two bowls of soup 1.5 rotis
buttermilk
