Breakfast
2 rotis with one egg
coffee

Lunch
rice with pitla with some potatos and cauliflower, 4 chips

dinner with the girls at Chef of India
paneer pakoda, chat papri and some chicken tikka
spinach (with paneer), biryani and 2 pieces of naan

Need to get off white flour and anything sweet or fried
